Visual Choice Board for Calming Activities DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

This visual choice board gives users ideas of activities that will provide calm to overloaded sensory systems. This is perfect to use during after school meltdowns. Children need time to regulate their systems after a long day of attending to a teacher and being in highly stimulating environments.

Choose the items that are options for your child. Print and laminate the cards. Place velcro on the back and present 2-3 choices on the green board to start. Eventually, the child will find which activities work best at calming their bodies. This promotes independence.
